Leasing Consultant

Georgetown St. Louis Apartments is seeking experienced full-time Leasing Consultants to add to our established community.

Your general job duties would include:

• Answering the phone

• Filing

• Greeting prospective residents

• Working with current residents to resolve concerns and submit service requests

• Touring the community and vacant apartment homes

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and adhere to marketing campaigns as needed.

• Property management software knowledge preferred.

• Must have dependable transportation to and from work.

• Must be available to work some weekends and maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers to ensure a positive team culture.
